Your guests, on time, together, happy. No one worries about parking or taxis on the big day.
Weddings are wonderful. Wedding logistics are not. Especially the transport part. Your venue is 30 minutes from the nearest hotel, half the guests don't have cars, Uncle Peter definitely shouldn't be driving after the reception, and the idea of coordinating 80 people across 20 taxis at midnight makes the wedding planner's eye twitch.
That's where a wedding bus makes life simpler. One vehicle (or two, or three — depending on guest numbers), one driver, one timetable. Guests get picked up at the hotel, delivered to the ceremony, shuttled to the reception, and returned safely at the end of the night. No one gets lost. No one drives after champagne. Everyone arrives together, which means the photographer isn't waiting for stragglers.
For destination weddings — and we handle a lot of them, in Tuscany, Barcelona, Prague, Vienna, and the south of France — the transport coordination is even more important. International guests arriving at different airports on different days, all needing to converge at a venue that might be a hilltop villa 40 minutes from the nearest town. Airport pickups, hotel-to-venue daily shuttles, maybe a guest excursion to a local winery on the day before the wedding. We build the full programme.
The vehicles are clean, modern, and comfortable. The drivers are professionally dressed and discreet. They arrive early, they know the venue access, and they don't honk the horn during the vows. It's not complicated, but it needs to be done right — because on a wedding day, there's no margin for "the bus didn't show up."

Full multi-day programme: airport transfers, daily shuttles, excursions, wedding day transport. One quote covers everything.
We provide all group transport for weddings: guest shuttles between hotel and venue, ceremony-to-reception transfers, airport pickups for international guests, after-party return runs, and multi-day programmes for destination weddings. We handle the logistics so the couple and their planner don't have to worry about who's getting a lift.
Wedding transport pricing depends on guest numbers, distances, and number of runs. A single ceremony-to-reception shuttle (minibus, up to 18 guests, 30 min) starts around €250–350. A full wedding day programme (hotel-to-ceremony, ceremony-to-reception, late-night return, 55-seat coach) ranges €600–1,000. Destination wedding multi-day packages are quoted individually. Exact prices within 2 hours.
Absolutely. Destination weddings in Tuscany, the French Riviera, Barcelona, Prague, Vienna, and the Greek islands are increasingly popular. We provide airport group transfers, hotel-to-venue daily shuttles, excursion transport for guests (wine tours, city tours), and multi-day programmes. We know the roads, the venue access, and the local parking rules.
Yes. Late-night returns are a standard part of our wedding service. Whether the party ends at midnight or 3am, we have drivers available for the return run. We coordinate departure times with the couple or wedding planner and can run multiple waves if guests leave at different times. No one needs to drive after celebrating.
For peak wedding season (May–September), book 6–8 weeks ahead to secure your preferred vehicles. For destination weddings, 8–12 weeks is recommended. Winter and weekday weddings have more flexibility — 3–4 weeks is usually sufficient. As soon as you have the venue and guest numbers confirmed, reach out for a quote.
We focus on clean, modern, comfortable vehicles rather than decorations. However, we can accommodate ribbon or floral attachments on the exterior if requested, and we ensure the vehicle is spotlessly clean for your day. The priority is that your guests travel in a comfortable, well-maintained vehicle with a professional, smartly dressed driver.
"Our wedding was at a villa in Tuscany — 70 guests, most flying in from Munich and London. Bus Booking handled everything: Florence airport pickups over two days, daily shuttles from the hotel to the villa, a guest wine tour in Chianti, and the big day itself with two coaches on rotation. The late-night return at 2am was perfect. Not one guest had to think about transport all weekend."
