Day trips, multi-day excursions, ski trips, exchanges. Safe transport that schools trust.
Organising a school trip is stressful enough without worrying about the bus. Will it show up? Is the driver professional? Are the seatbelts working? Will there be enough space for 45 students, their bags, and the musical instruments they absolutely cannot leave behind? Teachers who organise these trips need one thing above all: certainty.
That's what we provide. Every vehicle in our network meets EU safety standards: seatbelts on every seat, current roadworthiness inspections, comprehensive insurance, and proper licensing. Drivers hold professional passenger transport licences and have clean records. We can supply all documentation in advance — because schools need to show it to parents, and parents need to see it.
Day trips are our bread and butter for schools: a museum visit 50 km away, a sports tournament in the next city, a science centre excursion, a trip to a memorial site. The bus picks up at the school gate, delivers to the venue, waits, and brings everyone back. Simple — but it needs to be reliable, and it needs to be safe.
Multi-day trips are where the planning gets more involved. A week-long European excursion — Munich to Salzburg to Vienna, or Paris to Brussels to Amsterdam — requires a coach and driver for the full duration. Inter-city drives, daily programme transfers, museum visits, evening activities. The same driver stays with the group from start to finish. By day three, they know every student's name.
Museum visits, science centres, memorial sites, sports events. School gate pickup, venue delivery, return. Simple and reliable.
3–7 day educational tours. Munich–Vienna, Paris–Amsterdam, Prague–Berlin. Full programme transport with dedicated driver.
Alpine ski trips (Austria, Switzerland), lake excursions, activity centres. Equipment storage in luggage holds. Mountain-capable drivers.
Airport group pickups, host school transfers, excursion transport, farewell airport runs. International exchange coordination.
Evening event transport for graduation balls, prom nights, and end-of-year celebrations. Safe return transport included.
Field trips, research site visits, sports matches, conference attendance. Higher education groups with flexible scheduling.
Every seat has a working three-point seatbelt. EU safety compliant.
Insurance, roadworthiness, driver credentials — provided in advance for parent packs.
Licensed, experienced, background-checked. Patient with young passengers.
First-aid kits on every vehicle. Drivers trained in emergency procedures.
Safety is non-negotiable for school transport. All our partner vehicles meet EU safety standards: seatbelts on every seat, current roadworthiness certificates (TÜV/MOT equivalent), comprehensive insurance, and first-aid equipment on board. Drivers hold professional passenger transport licences and have clean driving records. We can provide safety documentation and driver credentials upon request.
School group transport is competitively priced. A half-day minibus with driver for a local excursion (up to 18 students) starts around €250–400. A full-size 55-seat coach hire for a day trip (within 100 km) ranges €400–650. Multi-day school trips (3–5 days) are quoted as packages including daily programme, airport/station transfers, and excursions. We provide exact quotes within 2 hours.
Absolutely. Multi-day school trips are a significant part of our business. Popular routes include Munich–Salzburg–Vienna, Paris–Brussels–Amsterdam, Prague–Berlin, and Rome–Florence. We provide the coach and driver for the full duration, covering daily programme transfers, excursion transport, and inter-city drives. The same driver stays with the group throughout.
Yes. Exchange programmes often involve airport group transfers (collecting 20–30 exchange students from one or more airports), host school transfers, excursion transport, and farewell airport runs. We coordinate with the organising school to build a programme that covers all transfers. Bilingual drivers can be requested for international exchanges.
Ski trips are one of our most popular school services. Typical routes: Munich/Frankfurt to Austrian or Swiss resorts (2–4 hours), with equipment storage in coach luggage holds. The coach does the inter-city transfer, daily hotel-to-slope shuttles if needed, and the return journey. We also handle outdoor education trips to lakes, national parks, and activity centres.
For standard day trips, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. For multi-day trips during peak school trip season (April–June, September–October), book 4–6 weeks ahead. Ski trips (January–March) should be booked 6–8 weeks ahead due to high demand on Alpine routes. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure preferred dates and vehicles.
"We take 90 Year 10 students to Berlin every year — five days, packed programme. Bus Booking provides two coaches and drivers for the whole trip. The drivers are patient, professional, and genuinely good with teenagers. They know the Berlin museum drop-off points, handle Sachsenhausen with appropriate sensitivity, and get us to the hotel by dinner every night. The parents' feedback is always positive."
