Gothic spires, Bohemian charm, unbeatable value. Central Europe's most photogenic city — by bus.
Prague has been Europe's open secret for group travel for two decades now, though calling it a secret is generous — 8 million tourists visit annually. What makes Prague special for group transport is the combination: a spectacularly beautiful historic centre that's essentially one giant pedestrian zone, meaning your coach drops you off at the perimeter and collects you when you're done; world-class infrastructure at Central European prices; and a position that makes it a natural hub for exploring Bohemia, Moravia, and beyond.
PVA Expo Praha in the Letňany district is Prague's primary exhibition venue. AMPER (electronics and electrical engineering), For Arch (construction), and a growing calendar of international B2B events attract exhibitors from across Europe. The venue is in the northeast of the city, connected by metro line C but realistically requiring coach transport for groups with equipment, materials, or tight schedules. PRG airport to PVA Expo is about 30 minutes.
Corporate incentive travel is a massive part of Prague's group transport market. Companies from Western Europe — especially the UK, Germany, and Scandinavia — bring teams to Prague for conferences, team-building events, and reward trips. The draw is obvious: five-star hotels at three-star prices, stunning venues like the Municipal House (Obecní dům) or the Lobkowicz Palace, and an old town that makes every dinner transfer feel like a movie scene. Our coaches handle the PRG airport arrivals, daily programme shuttles, and the inevitable "one last pub in Žižkov" late-night returns.
Tourism groups — particularly from Asia, the US, and Western Europe — follow well-established coach routes. Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square's Astronomical Clock, the Jewish Quarter (Josefov), Petřín Hill, and Vyšehrad fortress are the core circuit. Day trips to Český Krumlov (2.5 hours south, absolutely worth it), Kutná Hora with its Bone Church (1 hour east), Karlštejn Castle (45 minutes), and the Pilsner Urquell brewery in Plzeň (1.5 hours) are all coach routes.
Prague's coach restrictions in the historic centre are strict and getting stricter. Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes cannot enter most of Prague 1 (Old Town, Josefov, Malá Strana). Drop-off points are specific and time-limited. Our Czech partner operators are based in Prague 9 (Vysočany) and Prague 5 (Smíchov), giving them access to both the eastern exhibition areas and the western castle-side approach routes. They navigate the Low Emission Zone, the Blanka tunnel shortcuts, and the ever-changing one-way systems that make Prague challenging for outsiders.

Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) is about 25–40 minutes from the city centre by coach, depending on traffic. The route via the Blanka tunnel (opened 2015) has significantly improved travel times to the Old Town area. To PVA Expo Praha in Letňany it takes about 30 minutes. Rush hour on the D0 ring road can add 15–20 minutes.
Prague is one of the most affordable major European cities for coach hire. A half-day minibus (up to 18 passengers) starts around €250–380. A full-size 55-seat coach for a full day ranges €500–800. PRG airport transfers are typically €250–400. Czech operators offer excellent value while maintaining high standards. We quote exact prices within 2 hours.
Yes. PVA Expo Praha in Letňany is Prague's main exhibition venue, hosting events like AMPER (electronics), For Arch (construction), and numerous international trade shows. We provide hotel-to-PVA shuttles, PRG airport–Expo direct transfers, and multi-day event programmes. The venue is in the northeast of the city with metro access, but groups with equipment need coaches.
Absolutely. Český Krumlov — the fairy-tale UNESCO town in southern Bohemia — is about 2.5 hours from Prague and is the number one group day trip. We also arrange excursions to Kutná Hora and its Bone Church (1 hour east), Karlštejn Castle (45 minutes southwest), the Pilsner Urquell brewery in Plzeň (1.5 hours west), and Terezín Memorial (1 hour north).
Prague's historic centre is extremely restricted for coaches. Large vehicles cannot enter the Old Town or Lesser Town (Malá Strana). Designated coach drop-off points are at Na Příkopě (near Wenceslas Square), Klárův (near Prague Castle), and Dvořákovo nábřeží (riverside). Coach parking is at Praha-Holešovice (north) or Na Knížecí (south). Our drivers know every restriction.
Prague is one of Europe's top incentive and group travel destinations. We handle corporate incentive programmes, team-building events, and yes — well-organised stag and hen groups that need reliable airport transfers and inter-venue transport. We focus on professional, punctual service regardless of the occasion. Evening routes to Žižkov, Vinohrady, and the Old Town are well-practiced.
Prague has excellent vehicle availability thanks to a large local coach fleet. For standard transfers, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. For major trade fair periods or peak tourism season (June–September), 3–4 weeks is recommended. Christmas market season (December) and New Year's Eve are Prague's busiest periods — book 4–5 weeks ahead.
"Our company brings 200 employees to Prague every year for a three-day off-site. Bus Booking handled PRG airport arrivals across 15 different flights, daily shuttles between three hotels and the Žofín Palace conference venue, and a full-day Český Krumlov excursion. Prague's coach restrictions are a nightmare if you don't know them — they clearly do."
