The world's biggest trade fair campus, Germany's busiest airport, and the Rhine Valley an hour away. We handle all of it.
Frankfurt is a trade fair city first and a financial capital second — though the bankers might disagree. Messe Frankfurt is the world's largest trade fair campus: 578,000 square metres of exhibition space hosting over 50 events per year. Automechanika (automotive aftermarket), ISH (HVAC and water), Ambiente (consumer goods), Light+Building (lighting and building tech), and the Frankfurt Book Fair — arguably the most important literary event in the world. Every one of these generates thousands of group transfers.
Then there's "Mainhattan" — Frankfurt's oddly American-looking skyline. The European Central Bank, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, DZ Bank — the financial district is compact but dense with corporate headquarters. Companies organise team events, client conferences, and board meetings here constantly. The Kap Europa congress centre and the historic Festhalle at the Messe host everything from fintech summits to gala dinners for 3,000 people.
Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is Germany's busiest and Europe's fourth-largest. About 70 million passengers a year, two terminals, direct flights from everywhere. The airport is absurdly close to the city — 15 to 20 minutes by coach, which is almost unheard of for a major European hub. That proximity makes Frankfurt a natural starting point for groups arriving from overseas. Land at FRA, get on the bus, be at the Messe in 20 minutes.
What surprises many first-time visitors is how close Frankfurt is to some of Germany's most beautiful landscapes. The Rhine Valley — UNESCO-listed, castle-studded, wine-producing — is barely an hour west. Heidelberg, with its famous university and romantic old town, is an hour south. Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the quintessential medieval town on the Romantic Road, is about two hours. Corporate groups love combining a Frankfurt trade fair with a team day trip to the Rhine or Heidelberg.
Our Frankfurt partner fleet operates from a depot near the Messe, which means vehicles are staged and ready to go with minimal positioning time. The drivers are locals who know the A5/A3 interchange patterns during fair weeks, the coach parking at Schaumainkai, and the one-way system around Römerberg that confuses every sat-nav on the market.

Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is remarkably close — just 15–20 minutes to the city centre and Messe Frankfurt by coach. During peak trade fair periods, allow 25–30 minutes due to heavier traffic around the Messe and Hauptbahnhof area. Our drivers monitor conditions in real time and use the fastest routes.
Yes, Messe Frankfurt is one of our most-serviced venues. We run hotel-to-venue daily shuttles, airport-to-Messe direct transfers, and multi-day packages for all major events including Automechanika, ISH, Ambiente, Light+Building, and the Frankfurt Book Fair. We know the Messe campus entrance logistics, coach parking areas, and timed drop-off coordination.
A half-day minibus (up to 18 passengers) in Frankfurt starts around €400–550. A full-size 55-seat coach for a full day ranges €850–1,300. FRA airport transfers are typically €300–450 depending on group size. Prices include driver, fuel, tolls, and parking. We quote within 2 hours.
Absolutely. The Rhine Valley (Rüdesheim, Bacharach, St. Goar) is about 1 hour west of Frankfurt and is one of our most popular day trip routes. We can combine a coach transfer with a Rhine river cruise segment. We also arrange Heidelberg day trips (1 hour south) and Rothenburg ob der Tauber (2 hours, Romantic Road).
Messe Frankfurt has designated coach parking areas with direct access to the exhibition halls. For city centre events, the main coach parking is along the Schaumainkai (south bank of the Main river), about 10 minutes walk from Römerberg. Our drivers know all the permitted areas and handle parking logistics.
The Frankfurt Book Fair (October) is one of the busiest periods for group transport in Frankfurt. Book 4–6 weeks in advance to guarantee availability. For Automechanika or ISH, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. Standard transfers can often be arranged with 1 week notice.
All vehicles in our Frankfurt partner fleet are under 5 years old with air conditioning as standard. Wi-Fi and USB charging are available on most coaches and minibuses. Let us know your requirements when requesting a quote and we will confirm exact amenities.
"We attend the Frankfurt Book Fair every October with a delegation of 35 publishers from six countries. Bus Booking has handled our FRA airport pickups and hotel-to-Messe shuttles for three years running. The logistics are always tight — different arrival times, different hotels, early morning starts — and they've never once dropped the ball. Genuinely reliable."
