Yes — this is one of our most common airport services. When a group of 50 arrives on 8 different flights across a 4-hour window, we plan "wave pickups": grouping arrivals into 2–3 collection waves based on landing times. Each wave gets its own vehicle or the same vehicle does multiple runs. We coordinate via a shared pickup point at the terminal.
Airport group transfer pricing depends on the airport, destination, vehicle type, and group size. A minibus (18 pax) from MUC to central Munich starts around €300–400. A 55-seat coach from CDG to central Paris is typically €450–650. Multi-wave pickups and waiting time beyond 60 minutes may incur additional charges. We quote exact prices within 2 hours.
Yes. For groups, we provide a named contact (driver or coordinator) who meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign. They help direct the group to the coach pickup point, assist with luggage, and coordinate the boarding. For VIP transfers, the meet & greet can be at the gate exit or in the baggage hall (airport-dependent).
